Coaching Academy

Description :

Inside Coaching is a training designed by professional coaches for future professional coaches.

The philosophy of this program is based on the development of a posture, on the acquisition of technical tools, on the respect of the deontology but also and especially on the longterm impact of the coach's intervention with its customers.

By professional coaching, we mean the use of multidisciplinary tools, the understanding of coaching issues and the ethical awareness of the coach from the perspective of the basic skills and code of ethics of the International Coach Federation (ICF ), the largest coaching federation in the world.

The theoretical referents are multidisciplinary and are part of a holistic approach: transactional analysis, psycho-corporal approach, neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and systemic analysis. Inside Coaching is an ICF accredited training and carries the ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours) quality label.

This means that it meets the criteria required by the federation in terms of:

  • content,

  • duration,

  • communication

  • certification of the academic owners.

Training for whom?

This program is for:

  • people who want to become independent professional coaches

  • people who want to practice coaching in a structure as internal coaches

  • HR specialists who wish to promote and develop the practice of coaching within their company executives,

  • managers or managers of teams who wish to acquire a coaching posture in order to develop their professional skills and have more impact in their professional activity

  • anyone who wants to include coaching tools in their professional practice (mediators, consultants, mentors, teachers ...)

Content:

The Inside Coaching program is based on 62 hours of training, 56 of which are face-to-face, given in French or English. It is given in 7 days or 14 half-days articulated on the competences of the International Coach Federation (ICF), to which are added complementary theoretical and operational modules. The content of the training has been validated by ICF.

These one-to-one skills help to refine what professional coaching is all about. A continuous practice of coaching is guaranteed throughout the training, alternating with the theoretical presentations, and encouraged between each module. You coach from the first class because we know from experience that practice is the best way to acquier knowledge.

You will also be asked to write and defend a case study based on five coaching sessions for the equivalent of 6 hours of work. This approach, which is both practical and theoretical - with regard to books whose reading is recommended - and reflective, will allow you to take a critical and constructive look at your mastery of what has been learned.

All classes are taught by two trainer coaches. The fact that each course is given by two people enriches the sharing of experience and maximizes the quality of exercise supervision throughout the training. To ensure interaction, follow-up and cohesion, we ensure that there are no more than 12 students per class.

At the end of the training:

  • You will receive a written report highlighting your strengths and your points of improvement, both from the point of view of your technical coaching skills and your mastery of the ethical aspects of the job.

  • As long as you meet the pass criteria, you will receive a certificate labeled ACSTH / ICF.

This training course will allow you to obtain your own certification from ICF, once you have accumulated the number of hours of mentoring and practice required by ICF and the success of the last certification tests.

And then:

At the end of the training, you will be able to coach professionally as part of a practice in private practice as an independent coach but also in the specific context of a company as an internal coach.

As part of an intra-company training, all the examples, simulations and cases of ethics studied concern the world of business. It is therefore well at this time of a training specifically oriented internal coach.
